Pros

Working at Health IQ truly gives a sense of home. Everyone in the office is extremely dedicated, hardworking, kind, and passionate about our work, and we make sure we give our clients the best care possible.

Cons

Our days can get a little long considering we work about 10 hour shifts. However, the more we are in the office, the stronger of bonds we can build with our clients and our coworkers. The days truly fly by because we are working hard and enjoying our work throughout the day.

Culture of celebration of accomplishments. Strong leadership with successful track record. Great company mission. Onsite gym and lots of free healthy snacks.

Cons

Health IQ is a rocket ship on it's way to the moon and beyond. Everyone is expected to do their part to get the company to the next level. If you can't execute and hit your targets, this is not the place for you.

crazy hours, commission bonus is always changing and manipulated, stock incentives seem like a joke to get commitment.
