      Upbeat, Fun and reliable company to work for. They provide ALL of the tools you need to be successful! Company that treats their employees like family instead of just numbers. Been with the company for a few months and wish I would have found them sooner.

      Pros

      The people here make it worthwhile coming to work every day. The execs have had success in the past taking previous companies to an exit so they're experienced in the startup realm and all things Silicon Valley.

      Cons

      There's a daily focus on ensuring sales agents (and other operational departments) are doing their job. Grown adults don't need to be babysat. Give them monthly quotas and watch them either surpass them or fall short. Make macro adjustments. Don't harp on employees every day to "take more calls." It's not a 90s call center.

      Everything!!!! Awesome Recruiters! My recruiters name is Tim. A great guy with impeccable company knowledge and brand awareness. He walked me through step by step and was very hands on with text messages and emails during the interview process. He has no problem following through and answering questions.

      Cons

      I honestly don’t see any. The staff is amazing and the company stands firm on a solid foundation of family and healthy lifestyles.
