      Great company with a bright future

      Pros

      Highly competitive benefits, commission, and future growth! They're growing like crazy right now and the opportunity to move into a leadership position is here! The leadership team does a great job of making everyone feel welcomed.

      Cons

      I read some of the negative reviews and all I can say is the company has changed significantly since they started. A lot of the issues people were having in the beginning have either been resolved completely or they're working on a solution now. It's a startup company so processes change rapidly. You really need to be comfortable with consistent change and a level of ambiguity with any startup though.

      Pros

      Opportunities for growth. Great start up experience. Awesome coworkers. Some amazing managers and leaders.

      Cons

      Longer hours. Poor communication. Lots of changes as the business grows. Some days it feels like the future of the company or one line of business is uncertain. Low pay leads to a lack of quality in the new hires. High turnover in the past year.
