      Great coworkers, good commission when they actually pay you, Managers are supportive & helpful

      Always an error with commission & bonus payouts, will lay you off once they are finished stealing your money

      There are absolutely zero pros about working here.

      Everything. You are deceptively forced into signing a two year contract with them and if you leave beforehand they charge you $5,100. The managers are awful, they are basically IT employees that are constantly "fixing" problems that, you guessed it, never get fixed. All they care about is making money for themselves, not keeping their talent happy. They'll tell you you're going to make money, they'll tell you they care about...they don't. Awful organzation.
