      I'm sorry you feel like there is terrible communication and long hours in your position. I know the recruiters and hiring managers are very clear on the expectations of hours during the interview process. I hope that you have communicated these concerns with your manager and didn't just post this feedback on Glassdoor.

      You learn a lot but it’s a chaotic and miserable place to work

      - you get to learn a lot - exposure to many aspects of the business - smart and hard-working colleagues - fully remote - pretty good benefits - you get a lot of good positive feedback when you perform well

      Cons

      - extremely long hours with people pinging you urgent things at all hours of the day and night. Don’t expect a work life balance. - hard to get things done - no clear planning or strategy from senior leadership so lots of last minute things - frantic and chaotic culture
