Most critically, other agencies can foster and reinforce a competitive working environment with employees undercutting each other, stealing clients and candidates. At Hays, we celebrate each other's wins. There are company-wide emails and chats designed to call attention to the accomplishments of others, all flooded with activity. At the end of each billing cycle, staff are recognized for outstanding achievements not just with regard to billing but culture and inclusion, how positively they're recommended by clients/candidates, employee of the month, rookie of the month etc. No business is perfect. But Hays is the closest I believe you can come in the recruitment industry.
