- a genuinely talented and friendly team - work from home 3x per week - good work life balance

Cons

- zero career progression or pay rise in three years - zero development or training opportunities - budget cuts and redundancies have depleted resources and staff are burnt out - zero recognition for anyone who isn’t a recruitment consultant - poor benefits - poor technology

Pretty nasty bunch, contracting out rookies as "consultants" then terminating the whole team when it doesn't work out for them.

Pros

Great culture compared to previous employers. Flexibility when needed and a very strong database of clients and candidates. All tools available to build and maintain a strong desk . Solid commission structure, rewarded for performance
