Joining Hays Belfast has been on the best decisions I have made for my career. The support, team, culture and environment has been one of the best I have had the opportunity to work in. I feel I have constant support not only from just my team but from the wider team and senior management. I am constantly encouraged and can also see and understand what progression opportunities look like for me here. I am thrilled to have pasted my probation with Hays and throughly look forward to what the future holds.
Cons
Very little cons come to mind when I think of Hays. Communication is always something that I believe can be built on in any organisation however changes across the organisation I believe our communication across the various specialisms and teams will only continue to improve.
