Pros

I guess you can make good money if you sell your soul

Cons

The culture is made up of people who are roleplaying succession in real life. Your own colleagues will back stab you, steal your jobs, comission, throw you under the bus. It is so bad. This is a UK based company is the culture shows that. If you are aussie, you are gonna have some trouble fittiing in. I please would not recommend this position to anyone with a degree. If you have no education but have experience in sales then i guess its fine but please if you are a graduate or looking to switch from another client facing role DONT. THIS IS NOT IT. It is a glorified call centre. You will be bothering employers, talking to gatekeepers. This is such a bad company and a bad job.
