Employee of the month cash prizes every month Friday Dress down day Fab Fridays organized every 4 weeks - Money spent on employees to just have a laugh and win prizes. Social committee created for us to submit social activities that management pay for! Charity committee created for us to take paid leave to do charitable work within working hours! In house training courses created for anyone to join for free Company pay for half of your study courses if applicable to your role. Bonuses and pay rises received even when company made its first loss in years. Great company values Most staff based in New Malden are a great laugh!

Cons

PCTs (System used to grade our goals and compensate us if goals achieved) are a waste of time.

-great people, very social atmosphere -successes are celebrated -meritocracy - hit your goals and be rewarded -very capable managers who lead my example -everyday is different, lots going on -clear feedback on your performance -great parties - annual sales conference is amazing!

Cons

-it is a sales environment. true salespeople do extremely well and make a lot of money, those who aren't may feel stressed by constant targets and KPIs -support staff are not fairly recognized or appreciated
