Multinational. Opportunity to move across different divisions

Cons

Micro management. Becoming too blue chip. You are only as goo as your last month and they have no respect for anyone unless they are in the top tier of billing. ALL about the money. Lots of infighting. Poor people management and development. Below average salaries.

-> free meal , cab , medical insurance -> good parties -> one can improve client facing skill -> On Site I did travel to UK and Australia

Cons

-> old version of technologies used but they are improving them self -> you will get good salary if you asked at the time of interview -> most of the persons dont care for process , managers and architects are unskilled -> They retain only people who use to butter the Manager , boss you also need good technical people .

Cons

-Low base salary -Too much office politics -Incapable mid to senior level managers -Almost no benefits and minimal reward for top billers -High turnover due to lack of recognition of its employees -Constant splitting of successful consultants' business areas -Constant cost cutting in all areas -Minimal business analysis done for a global business -Old fashioned database and IT systems
