Pros

Your Hays career path is clearly mapped out depending on how you wish to progress with extremely achievable goals and time frames. Also Hays are very keen on rewarding teams and individuals who reach their targets and goals set out on a quarterly basis. I wouldn’t wish to work at any other agency.

Cons

I would say that the only down side to working for Hays for me personally is that the incentives can sometimes be a little too close together. With my specialism being a national contract it can sometime impact my productivity being out of the office two days a week.

Pros

People are fantastic. Training is excellent. Culture rewards success, but ultimately management actively want everyone to succeed so the help and support is there if you need it. Noone is in a senior position without merit

Cons

The nature of recruitment means you work extremely hard, this isn't unique to Hays and I wouldn't want to recruit anywhere else.
