Pros

Fast-paced and exciting company to work for. No two days are the same. Hays offer superb training for all staff of all levels, which allows you to develop and grow within the company.

Cons

Demanding workload. Which can be difficult to manage when working part time. Although colleagues are fantastic as helping.

Pros

I joined Hays after a year of travelling while I worked out 'what I really wanted to do'. The coaching, training, mentoring and support offered means that almost 13 years later, I'm looking forward to the next 12 years. Fantastic organisation with a management team that invests, listens and rewards.

Cons

Pros

Fast paced environment where individual success is rewarded. You are responsible for your own success which equates to being responsible for how much you earn. Great colleagues to work alongside too, and the industry training you receive is second to none.

Cons

The job is all encompassing so you may end up working long hours and a lot of effort is required....however this isn't a con if like myself you are ambitious and in a great team full of like minded people!
