Pros

Everyone so far has been very friendly, lovely and supportive. The training plan for the first 6 weeks are clearly set out for you. There is also a clear route for progression.

Cons

So far, I do not have any cons.

Pros

Good people. Good structure. Hybrid structure. Good opportunity to grow. Would recommend.

Cons

Pressured, similar to all recruitment. Lots of meetings due to overall size of the company. Sometimes long hours due to the nature of the job

Pros

KPI's and targets clear from the get-go. Clear idea of how to get promoted and what to do in order to get there. There are lots of opportunities internally to go for if wanting a change too.

Cons

Can feel quite overwhelming, does take a lot of organisation and self-motivation to do this job when the market slows down
