Pros

None at all, don’t bother

Cons

The work environment operates with an intense trial-and-error approach, where success is expected to come from sheer persistence. They provide extensive training, but the workload is overwhelming—you’re required to complete a full day’s tasks and then spend additional hours studying and refining your skills. Micro-management is constant, with every step closely monitored, leaving little room for autonomy or creative problem-solving. I found myself working 14-16+ hour days under relentless scrutiny. Unfortunately, individual well-being isn’t a priority; if you don’t produce immediate results and generate revenue within the first month, you risk being let go. It’s a high-pressure environment where performance is valued over people.
