Pros

okay commission great teams good manager (personally) definitely a lot more relaxed than other recruitment agencies good career opportunities - very good stepping stone for a first job flexible hybrid working paid charity days

Cons

low base salary very long hours office not great very high staff turnover company isn’t doing well - redundancies being made & staff who have been there for 20+ years leaving poor staff morale incentives definitely not as good as other companies everyone works from just laptops - barely any monitors or PCs benefits not great often cheap out on social events some teams can be cliquey very little diversity poor systems/tech stack, very outdated nothing stays private - managers will discuss sometimes personal matters with others

Pros

The people who work there below Management (majority) are brilliant depending on who you work for. Decent work/life balance hybrid working.

Cons

You get massively overworked for what you get paid. You are just a number to the management and the turnover is high. Poor commission structure. Management have favourites which is clear and will favour those for promotions and rewards.
