Only few benefits are left because its associated with Deloitte otherwise that also would have been removed by new leadership.
Cons
Because of some useless decision making of new leader there has been chaos across the organization as many of them already left and many new hires are not joining as expected by the management they have acquired a new company to increase the headcount. But they projected it as strengthening into AI engineering for outside world. These is what their do for everything eversince there was a change in leadership. There are lot of politics has been increased internally. Their themselves does a lot of favortism. Thats why lot of people has left in last 2 years comparing to overall exits in last 10 years during the old leadership.
