      Senior management talks about changing things to be more efficient but change is not allowed and is frowned upon

      Pros

      Very clean place, easier to straighten up than when working with clothing items. Sampling duty can be fun if you like people :) it's okay to have a drink on the shelf near the employee entrance. Overall a nice place to work.

      Cons

      Some managers are pickier than others about the "sampling" script. It's not a very busy store except at Christmas time, so they really push interaction with customers, which gets irritating for both you and the customer. There is only so much small talk a person can make. Only a 30 minute lunch as a break time which is hard sometimes if you need to pick up food, it's a very busy retail area. Make sure you get there a minute early, they will write you up after clocking in late 3 times.

      Fun place to work. Sampling the products they sell is a requirement!

      Cons

      Low salary compared to other retail stores. Not a place to work if you are trying to eat healthy.
