Best reasons to work here is Pay is better than average wage after the first 30 - 90 day period. Seasonal and permanent employees are trained side by side, and most people there give equal respect to one another. Opportunity to work up or even to work variety of departments or positions that fit your preference are considered. Hours that fit an individuals needs are welcome and negotiated. Assistance with transportation to and from facility are offered. Benefits are above average for this area. No complaints. Many perk discounts within company and local business.' Has a non-terminating general policy. Relocating to other dept. is common procedure. Cafeteria's available for 2 shifts and food is Great! Wholesome and healthy choices. Breakfast and lunch along with Ala Carte.

Cons

Shift hours are long. Most positions are intense on the body the first month. Proper foot wear a must to hold up physically. Some areas in departments are very warm, sometimes too warm for comfort. A Shuttle to certain departments from parking lot at beginning and end of shifts would be AWESOME. Parking lots have plenty of space, however, not enough handicap spaces and long walk to certain areas before clocking in. not too many negative issues.
