Pros

PAYS ON TIME! My kids are older, but they were very understanding in training when kids entered the room and we could hear them--my full time company would've written them up for that and/or brought them back into the traditional office! They give SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS, incentives for reliability/being on time daily/adhering to breaks, etc. EASY way to earn extra money!! WILL INSIST ON PAYING THEIR EMPLOYEES EVEN FOR SHORT CALLS TO YOUR TL OR MANAGER FOR ANYTHING COMPANY RELATED WHILE OFF-THE-CLOCK. THE COMPANY IS REFRESHINGLY HONEST ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND GUARANTEE TO MAKE LATE SHIPMENTS (often out of their hands once it leaves the warehouse) RIGHT WITH EITHER A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT, THEY WILL OFTEN HONOUR EXPIRED COUPONS AS A ONE-TIME COURTESY FOR REPEAT CUSTOMERS, THEY TELL US NOT TO MAKE EXCUSES WHEN WE DO SOMETHING WRONG BUT JUST MAKE IT RIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER. They do not push a bunch of social issues constantly on their internal systems but sort of remains NEUTRAL and stick to the business at hand and a natural sort of inclusiveness by just championing the Pear Culture, Company loyalty, togetherness, and being there for the customers and partners. As a minority and religious Southerner, I still felt included without feeling pressured to claim I believed things I don't.

Cons

The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars and not 5...... I find their QA system a bit rigid and not one that gives you credit for all the areas of the call/chat/email support that should be credited. Many times, we might forget the MANY upsells and other things we were supposed to say or ask because you get into a personal conversation flow--and that will cause lots of points to be taken off the customer or business interaction BUT the customer is very happy with you. Meanwhile, the guy that sounds like a robot, that you can hear his eyes rolling on the entire call, that made no personal connection with the customer or vendor, gets a 100% because the robot in him didn't miss any of the talking points, sales offers, shipping info, etc. Recruiters recruited folk that darn near couldn't boot a computer! My interview lasted all of 10 minutes, great for me as I am tech savvy but it in no way could've indicated my WAH abilities. It slows down the entire training to hire these folk. But I give them credit, they didn't throw them off the bus quick, they worked with MOST of the slow pokes where other companies would've kicked them out of class. Also, only about half of the trainers are any good, some kind of rude at times, not to me but to others, like the slow folk--but that isn't the slow person's fault, but recruiters who hired them--many in my large class requested different trainers.
