Lots of training, working loads, different tasks, and work orders

Work overtime before holidays, HR and the managements never sympathize with us for too much workloads, and didn't want to hire more staffs.

good benefits and depending on the manager you can get a flexible schedule if needed; you get opportunities to learn new things if you are willing

Cons

Employees morale is very low and most managers/supervisors are not very open, encouraging or supportive; there is no career path and little incentives to excel at your job
