great senior leaders at corporate level and regional level care and empathy and respect overall a great culture; very inclusive

Cons

some integrity issues, at individual level, senior profiles, which was accepted and which had some impact on how some senior profiles were perceived. Some condescending behavior which was also tolerated. average pay, but good other perks (hybrid working, great medical insurance, flexible timing, bonus for all employees)

Good opportunities within the company (can also have overseas assignments!).

Cons

most people on the edge ever since partnering with MSK. Pressures and workload definitely increased!! Other regions may have better experiences than in South East Asia.
