Lots of facilities and office event.

Cons

Manager does not mastered on its job. Colleague very toxic, downgrade others and always want for the gossip even in working hours. Plus, even though weekend off, but you always need to work to clear some of the cases. Guess what? There's no pay overtime on the weekend.

+ interesting maritme business domain (shipping containers around the world), + coding new solution with modern tech stack (cloud, development supported with AI copilot) + chance to work with highly motivated co-workers (at least in my team) + high annual salary bonus + perks and benefits

Cons

- KC is a part of big corporation ( some procedures are time consuming, lots of internal tools you have to learn and you won't use anywhere else) - if you work on legacy system modernization then you might need to first wrap your head around really old language to be able to extract logic ( reverse engineering was a must in my case) - steep learning curve ( for the record since for some it may be a disadvantage that you have to learn a lot about the maritime business before you start coding)
