Leadership in UK has a practical vision for the company and we can see the actions translate on the P&L.

Cons

The management in Bangalore leads with insecurity and apathy. The operations have started to resemble what we commonly call a Lala company. Too much politics and favouritism. Tenured people treat the place as their monopoly.
