Rampant office politics that thrive on favoritism and manipulation. Employees are constantly undermined, and merit means nothing. Inappropriate workplace relationships create a hostile and uncomfortable environment. You're expected to play along with the toxic culture or risk being sidelined. The talent team is shockingly unresponsive — reaching out via LinkedIn or Teams is a waste of time. They seem more invested in long cafeteria chats than actually helping employees. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for employee wellbeing.
