benefits were ok but they are getting worse

Cons

management treats everyone like their idiots, people are let go for no reason, target goals are unrealistic and if you try to push back on management you are basically told to leave the company if you dont want to do whats needed. there is always at least one person crying in the office every week from work pressures or being mistreated.

Good office vibrance, Nice hybrid policy as of now which is also getting stricter year by year. Good manager in case of other things keep in mind except from the below mentioned.

Cons

Work is deteriorating year by year and not getting improvement in the work structure instead adding manual task within just to save in the so called audit. It has become a very bad for the work life balance and learning side which just rotting our mind to do unwanted stuff which no organisation will follow.
