Your strengths and the work you do is not appreciated. You are highly underpaid, and certain coworkers are evil. Also highly religious in your face.

The cause is great and the families are so appreciative most of the time.

The current management (CEO, CFO) have no idea of how to manage and any deviation or suggestions they don't like they get rid of them.
