Pros

Few and getting a lot fewer.

Cons

Management fires on a whim. Not even remotely the "good people" they love to pass themselves off as. Give it a try, if you think I'm exaggerating...

Low salaries, no career path

Pros

Mission-driven, truly dedidicated to working with people in need.

Cons

Limited opportunities for career advancement, lack of diversity among senior leadership, seeming lack of long-term vision, several managers have poor managerial skills, change and innovation are either slow to come by or non-existent, compensation is not competitive.

Pros

work from home, benefits are okay

Cons

Racism in this company, not bring fair, refuse to get DEI (diversity) setup with this company, horrible training, don't train at all. Just hire you and throw you out there to try to learn. Don't even know what your job title really is once hired. Unorganized No diversity No opportunity for advancements
