The company pushes KPIs even if you hit sales goals. If you’re UPT is not above 2.2 they will hassle you every week and ask you to write up corrective actions that you’ll take to ensure your upt is above 2.2. So you can hit your sales goal make the company money but you’ll be in their bad books if you KPI’s.
