      Discount on the clothes. Not much else.

      Cons

      Poor organisation. Poor management. Back stabbing culture. The German head office is horrible to work with. Snobbish and rude.

      Pros

      I was a student at the time, so working in high end retail was both suitable for my studying schedule and fitted my interest in fashion. HUGO BOSS offers generous employee benefits and lots of hours. Being in the higher end of retail, you get better customers and lower foot traffic during normal trade.

      Cons

      The downside of working for HUGO BOSS is its a dead end job unless you live and breathe fashion retail. You are required to stand for the entire duration of your shift - in the beginning it did not bother me at all, but towards the end I really could not bare it.

      worldwide offices, good management, good strategy, international staff, mood and work-life balance depends very much on the department, good reputation, further expansion planned

      Cons

      education possibilities within the company is limited due to very tight budgets, management decisions can be very tough and hard, traveling is limited due to tight budgets
