      Pros

      the people there are nice, the employee discount is fantastic and the training is exceptional. the culture an social aspects of the job are very good and they are usually very accommodating for exams in school/uni

      Cons

      really band base wage, commission is bad as well and you really don't feel rewarded for any hard work or success on your part. people who work half as hard are paid the same or more than you so it is not very motivating to work hard

      Toxic Masculinity from the Top Down

      50% Discount. Uniform provided. 30 minute lunch break.

      Cons

      We got paid less than the Mcdonalds workers next-door. Management had a high turn over, and every new manager was just a different version of the last. They all felt predatory. I had a informal disciplinary discussion because I wasn't being a " Team Player" ...... I was the only employee that was booked into a hotel that night, except for my manger. It was customary for everyone to fly home after a meeting in another store/country.
