      Pros

      Joined HB in 2015 as a Brand Specialist and progressed quite fast to management positions in flagship store. Company and managers provide outstanding training and give big support to build your career. The company’s excellent career advancement system gave me the chance to move to the Head Office, further progressing my development in new stimulating ways. Had a wonderful welcome from all the new colleagues and people in the office, who have been helping and supporting me every step of this new role. Last but not least the very competitive staff discount and the individual sales commission for in store roles (probably the best I've ever seen).

      High salary levels because otherwise no one would like to work in Metzingen

      Incompetent management , hire and fire, Top management mainly consist out of local male, ignorant, arrogant, small minded people
