      Worked in david jones as a concession stand, so there were additional staff benefits i.e. 20% off other brands

      Cons

      Horrible management. I gave a supposedly anonymous feedback/survery upon leaving and yet they directly contacted me still?

      - very little to offer here

      Cons

      - 1 uniform allotted to staff to be worn all the time - terrible turnover - poor attention to growth opportunities - upper management takes advantage of new employees by making them work extra long back to back shifts ignoring labour laws. - no raise given after 2 years irrespective if you scored high in your performance review and you contributed to an overall increase in store's revenue -

      Interesting clients, some fantastic colleagues

      Cons

      Very stressful and demanding responsibilities for a retail position. Unrealistic UPT/KPI targets at times and very inflexible hours. Destruction of aged stock also doesn't really align with their environmental efforts.
