Hugo Boss is a global company with high standards. The innovation of the product and quality is superior. The brand is most popular in Europe. The North American team is working hard to make the brand more relevant in the US.
Cons
Leadership in the US very micromanaging and there is no room for growth. The company also pays significantly below Market salaries which is very discouraging to employees that believe that if they work hard they will in return be compensated. Since the headquarters are in Germany most of the decisions are made from there. If you are a motivated individual that would like to make an impact this may be a frustrating environment.
