      Pros

      Great timeless fashion. Very good customers who often know what they want hence makes the job easier. Very fulfilling job because you act as a fashion consultant and when you are able to help people its very rewarding. Very good staff clothing allowance. I worked part time one day a week and was provided with around $700 half yearly to spend on clothes and very generous staff discount.

      Cons

      Minimum hourly wage. Some customers are hard to deal with.

      Learned a lot but too political. Too German and some prejudices are very very hard to die for some Aryan's.....

      Pros

      The company provides Great everyday benefits, great facilities, international panorama, very structured and , best practices lived daily, good networking.

      Cons

      The company is too political, the values they promote are a facade to be used by the high management at their own games. We all know money is the ultimate goal but integrity and human respect should be accounted as main factors to obtain targets... Or you loose your team.

      Lovely clothes, shame about higher tier management

      Pros

      Clothes are great and atmosphere in store with the team i worked with great. Commision strucure good.

      Cons

      Higher tier management need to get a grip. No work-life balance. Work very hard for incredibly little. No progression unless you suck up to area management and stut around with huge egos. Despite benefits, basic salary incredibly low for floor staff.
