      Pros

      Very good benefits and moved to a beautiful new office in downtown Manhattan. The teams work closely with headquarters in Germany and are making great strides in moving the brand into the luxury market. The people are friendly, smart and driven. True professionals can be found here and senior management is in the midst of a healthy re-organization to focus the brand on the future.

      Cons

      Lots of projects and changes means long hours and stress. However, they pay for dinner and a car if you work past 8pm. Working with a foreign office is difficult with the time difference and language barrier, but all my German counterparts were so smart and caring. The major drawback was investing in talent and larger teams. The planning team was very small compared to other teams.

      All is not as wonderful as it appears

      Pros

      Decent discount. Prestige of working for a designer brand.

      Cons

      Poor basic pay. Long working hours, many times unpaid and expected to 'get on with it', often as a result of understaffing. Bullying and threats both from Managers and Area Managers. Staff employed who are inappropriate to the position as a result of rushed employment process. Unachievable targets appear to be set to penalise staff. Exceptionally low staff morale. High staff turnover. Company is full of 'Yes Men'. This succeeds in covering up their own inefficiency and bullying tactics.

      Pros

      65% staff discount, 1500 of staff uniform (all black suits shoes and belts). 1% flat commission and some fun characters to work with.

      Cons

      It's retail... It's hell at Xmas and the customers can be questionable. That said it's nothing against boss, it's against retail in general. CONSOLIDATIONS... Inter store deliveries are outeagous, non stop and hell to work with... Again that's just retail
