Successful company, fashion forward, great discount, clothing allowance. Sales associates receive a healthy commission and base. Great fashions and customer loyalty

Cons

Management is required to have sales goals too which can conflict with actual sales associates and their selling goals. Sales associates don’t appreciate competing on the selling floor with their managers

Overall the company is good, corporate culture is decent, pay is okay and there is room for growth.

Cons

Some of the people in manager type positions were difficult to work under and made it a very depressing work environment. Some of the programs used were outdated and requited more work than needed.
