- Constant micromanaging - No training was provided - Was expected to sell merchandise without being given any product knowledge - Long hours (was hired as part-time yet worked full-time hours without full-time benefits or pay)

Cons

Little pay for management. One of the lowest I have experienced as a manager. Was told if I wanted more money, I needed to find another job.
