      - Commission available - flexible hours - reputable brand - amazing discounts

      Cons

      - expected to complete jobs in insufficient amount of time or with little warning - Certain aspects of how retail is run are disorderly - lots of misinformation amongst stores, not kept up to date

      good employee discount. good location.

      Cons

      company doens't care for its employees. You're disposable regardless of your sales accomplishments. Pay is aweful. Companies at same level pay better.

      Poor Work Culture

      - very little to offer here

      Cons

      - 1 uniform allotted to staff to be worn all the time - terrible turnover - poor attention to growth opportunities - upper management takes advantage of new employees by making them work extra long back to back shifts ignoring labour laws. - no raise given after 2 years irrespective if you scored high in your performance review and you contributed to an overall increase in store's revenue -
