Leadership is approachable and there are great opportunities for learning and growth. Have created some very supportive and solid friendships within the office. Love working here and the office environment is very comfortable in terms of location and amentities.

Cons

Working within a global structure can mean decisions are influenced by Germany Base salary is OK, but opportunities for pay increases outside of promotions can be limited.
