Great work-life balance, incredible campus filled with perks and wonderful co-workers! It truly feels like an expat bubble in the region, filled with energy and a completely international mindset.

Cons

Lots of red tape (or simply a slow, simmering process) to make important changes happen. Also: the company’s ever changing economic policies from top down, and their inability to get rid of employees who are simply cruising and producing poorly does not give room for new talent that is qualified, motivated and dedicated to be seen and kept within the fold. What was always seen as a solid place to build your career in, has become quicksand in recent years.
