Management allowed office bullying. Management looked the other way for certain employees, and not others...especially if they were related to someone else at the Company.

Good pay good hours decent management freedom to work independently

Cons

Scatter brained when instructions came down from corporate. Constantly having to move and dress and take down mannequins and window displays almost weekly as the coordinators couldn't make up their mind. Will treat you unfairly if you do not fall in line with their polictics or mentality.
