You will have to put an enormous amount of work and hours. You will definitely lose on social life. As the matter of fact your life becomes Hugo Boss life. You will be challenged and pressurised on daily basis. You will be short staffed as a norm and yet you will have to achieve everything set for the store. You will be stringently rated on your store maintenance, staff synergy, pushed to the point of exhaustion and questioned constantly about the performance. Not for people who are stress prone and with low endurance.

-Pay rate is low -unattractive commission structure , the opportunity to get incentive is almost impossible if you are in a small story . -There are only 3 stock controllers across all stores in Australia which means sales consultants have to do more than sales also have to manage delivery , transfer also keep everything tidy and neat -Stock take occurs twice a year -Too many blackout periods - training are mandatory to atend after working a 8 hours shift (Everyone gets paid)
