Pros

I have truly enjoyed my time at this remarkable company; it's been a fantastic experience. The workplace itself is nothing short of awesome, providing a conducive and vibrant atmosphere that has greatly contributed to my professional growth. As I move on, I can't help but reflect on the meaningful connections I've built with my coworkers, who have not just been colleagues but also friends. The camaraderie and collaboration have been invaluable, and I will undoubtedly miss the daily interactions and shared moments that have made this workplace feel like a second home.

Cons

Unfortunately, the current setup is not conducive to remote collaboration, as it lacks the necessary infrastructure and tools to support seamless communication and workflow outside of a physical office environment

Pros

Middle managers think like geriatrics, work like turds, prefer you to be weak and offer zero value add so that they can justify their bald spots and fat checks.

Cons

Some teams create a safe space for Bootlickers and senile pro BJP fanatics.. Read above for further context. It is quite comprehensive and covers everything you need to know.

Pros

Nice offices and good salary

Cons

Many senior leaders who don’t have the ethics or gravitas to be at that level but are promoted regardless and then guard their position jealously Definitely a boys’ club in Comms at senior level Lots of talk about inclusion and culture but it doesn’t translate into reality, even by HR. Long hours and expectation to check email during evenings and weekends, regardless. Yes it’s a global workplace but we all need and deserve a balance and to switch off regularly.
