Pros

Great benefits and the compensation was outstanding when things were going well for the industry. Unfortunately, the industry tanked otherwise I would ahve stayed as long as possible.

Cons

Not a whole lot of downside to talk about. The company was so big that to get in the door, you needed to go through a lengthy hiring process.

Pros

Excellent for freshers as you are exposed to continous work and can learn a lot of the latest technologies.

Cons

ZERO work Life balance Favoritism shown by managers to stooges Highly unethical practices followed by middle management which leads to frustration among high performers who end up as low rewardees, going from bad to worse Figures of attrition are Among the highest in terms of percentage.
