Pros

I love the work culture there, people are friendly, work ethic is respectable and productivity is profound. The team spirit is vibrant and innovative, with hungry for success.

Cons

Internal communications can be very difficult sometimes due to the complex hierarchy, job functions and duties can sometimes become unclear.

A decent place to work

Pros

Salary and bonus is decent, compared to other in-house jobs (non frontline). HMB has good facilities, including a breakfast and lunch buffet, in-house Pacific Coffee, and also a bar.

Cons

Working hours can be quite long if you let the "Hong Kong work culture" get to you. A typical day could start at 8:30am and end at 10 - 11pm.
