Pros

Good work Life Balance Flexible work from home facility Good Shift Allowances Good carreer opportunities( Only if you push yourself to learn more, The company will promote your additional skills but they won't push you to do additional trainings) Fair yearly increment ( above 10% on an avg)

Cons

No onsite opportunity If you are lucky and got to travel to any location it will be of short duration ( 3 months max) Meagre allownaces if you are on Onsite. GLT Management is not Good.

Pros

Pension is better than most places. Negotiated good discounts in and around the city with some being national. Good mix of guys on the shop floor with different backgrounds and they're all approachable.

Cons

Dreadful low morale. Significant amount of "peacocking" by most middle/senior managers. No recognition or development time for technical professional development. Destroys WLB at most opportunities by ignoring when you're available to cover out of hours work. Scant acknowledgement of any deliverables.

Pros

Some BRILLIANT individuals, totally committed Good external brand, though tarnished in recent years Good overall package Great location in Canary Wharf if you want to be in the buzz of the finance district Great shopping underground Great place for contractors and big consultancy businesses - a license to print money!

Cons

Poor internal computer systems, not integrated, wastes a huge amount of time Very poor senior decision making - takes forever to get approvals, and then decisions get changed / go back to the beginning and start again! Waste a SIGNIFICANT amount of money on projects which go round in circles and don't deliver
