Pros

Work-life balance, fast promotions as early as 6 months! take your leave as you please, clean facilities, friendly management at colleagues, supportive team mates and TL, speak up policy, delicious food in diners/pantry, own starbucks, friendly guards and receptionists and janitors. They promote easily even within a year of stay and even without management skills as long as your performance is good.

Cons

Free Coffees became limited, always have ongoing maintenance in restrooms, far from restaurants, low salary offer even they showed you your previous payslip they would still offer you lower than that, e.g 31k from my previous, they will offer 28k - good thing im good at negotiating. WFH hybrid set up depends in your QA and productivity score, lots of metrics, AHT QA and NPS are their priority. They are not strict with lates but for overbreaks. They have High risk team who monitors your integrity, errors and process knowledge aside from QAs, Pinoy QAs are very strict compared to malaysian QAs which will always end up not passing, some TLs gossip new hires and wants to choose the smart one, Training is literally 5% and on production you'll find out everything, so much tools and hub codes which is so confusing which one to use. Some colleagues are feeling richkid and elite.

Pros

Can still work fully remote, some nice coworkers, good learning resources

Cons

Terrible management and low morale. Had a sexist manager early on who ruined my career trajectory - I’ve had a new manager every year since I’ve been here. DEI is non existent. If you’re a WOC, don’t even bother joining - you’ll be treated like support staff and managed out no matter your credentials. Upper management is only interested in cost cutting so salaries are weak compared to the industry especially NYC. Hardly any raises/adjustments in 4 years - on my way out the door with a 40% increase in base at another bank. The path for promotions/mobility is nonexistent - even the good managers have no guidelines or follow through for this at all. It’s basically who they like on the day they have to make decisions. Some people do all the work and the others get all the credit. Bad management and low salaries/no bonuses are driving all the good employees out, so everyone else is stuck picking up the pieces. Doesn’t have the greatest reputation - I’ve had people not even in the industry ask me why I work here after the consent order and corruption.
