Pros

- work-life balance - good environment - hike and bonus are good in some years but recently they are cutting down the cost so for many employees zero hike and zero bonus for 2017.

Cons

- Politics, due to annual bonus thing a lot of politics is played. - Being a bank a lot of restriction, even new technologies comes late in use. - Micromanagement using sapience software which tracks time you spend on your pc is your personal work or official.

Pros

The only pros is that they pay good salary to laterals unlike other service based IT company.

Cons

Very confused management. Lots of inside politics. Nowadays popular for firing heavily. Senior management got active all of sudden.
