Mediocre at best

Business Outlook

Pros

Good perks i.e health care and 5 additional paid carers leave days.

Cons

They want a lot of talent for not a lot of pay. Promotions don't see much of a salary increase. Culture has taken a negative turn since new CEO joined and you are reminded you are very much just a number. They make redundancies every year. Wouldn't say it is a "job for life".
